I have forwarded this to Bob Freidl, President of Fire Protection at Victaulic, who has sent this string to his IT department for further action. As a long time Victaulic distributor, it is important for our company as well as the rest of the sprinkler community that these types of issues are handled appropriately in a timely manner. I have given my feedback and would appreciate any suggestions that the group may have to improve the site and make it more user friendly as well as work out any bugs that you have encountered.
