Chris: I don't want to bash Victaulic or get into a comparative discussion of who's got the best web site, but you MUST have heard at least once or twice that Vic's site is hard to navigate, no? I don't know if they still do it, but you used to have to sign in before you could look up a tech data sheet. And the password had to be of such a complex config that I could never remember it - finally gave up on accessing the web site. I'm lucky that our regional rep is Grade AA #1, so we're not hurting for support but it's generally delivered the old fashioned way.
