What Cecil said for NFPA 13. Their insurance carrier may whack you since last 
time I checked (BEFORE THE BIG REVISION), FM required said separation from all 
other sprinkler types and not just those with SR.

You can also do the whole building as ESFR so they can move their racks around 
at their pleasure.  ESFR applies to LH and OH too.
