I would like to have them do the entire warehouse 430,000 ft2 but they only have 20,000 ft2 of storage so probably won't happen

Their insurance carrier may whack you since last time I checked (BEFORE THE BIG REVISION), FM required said separation from all other sprinkler types and not just those with SR. You can also do the whole building as ESFR so they can move their racks around at their pleasure. ESFR applies to LH and OH too.
