We're looking at a Tire Vulcanizing Chamber. This is a self contained
pressurized unit (80 psi) that is used to make retread tires. The unit is
about 24' long and 8' or so wide. It is a cylinder. 13 allows tire
manufacturing to be OH 2, but says that vulcanizing is EH1. Since the
vulcanizing is a self contained steel unit can the overhead be protected per OH
2 or does it need to be EH 1. I'm leaning towards OH 2 since the process is in
a self contained unit, but I would like other opinions. The AHJ is good with
whatever our decision is as long as we can back things up.

Thank you,
