How do you address a ceiling like this? I have been trying to at least get
water shields installed, but the Fire Marshall has a letter from an engineer
saying this is ok. Originally there were only uprights, but so many of them
were obstructed by mechanicals, that their answer was to add below "ceiling"
coverage. This is a 5 story building, and every bit of ceiling is like this.
