Must confess that I have not reviewed the cut-sheet but ASSUME that it 
addresses this issue. 

Also note that extensions up to 2 inch is not required to be added to the 
calculation.  Have not looked to see if any longer than 2 inch exist (since it 
is required to be listed).  Also use of a longer extension will be a kick in 
the hydraulic head since now the tee must also be included in the calc.  Any 
guesses if Mr Truck Slammer would include it?
