Todd already said look at the annex bit allow me to elaborate and say the Annex 
explicitly says you do not include the hose demand (or protect concealed  
combustible spaces).  IT was added to break the habit of saying design outside 
the dwelling unit PER NFPA 13.  For outside the dwelling unit, a few specific 
design components from 13 are applied (aka density, area of coverage, and size 
of remote area).
