Assume the hazard is liquid fuelled fire:

     1. if closed room, where is oxygen going to come from to support
sustained pool fire over entire area, and

     2.  if such a fire were supported with oxygen, I think the room
occupants have hotter issues than avoiding the foam.

     3. to fill the floor with a spill (but not a pool fire in depth) will
require about 15 gallons.
      Would not most room occupants notice something wrong before 15
gallons spilled on the floor.

     4. short of a reasonable worse-case scenario, which is fire across
entire room area burning liquid, most other
       fires will be less big, and / or slower growing.

     5.  If the liquid fuel fire occupied only half the floor area, the
time for the leak to occur is shorter.  Still, will
      not most occupants realize what is happening while 7 gallons of fuel
are spilling onto the floor, and have
      time to make a hasty exit before ignition?

     6.  if the liquid fuel spill is 7 gallon, and it is instantaneous
across half the surface of this 300 sq. ft. room, then
     my advice is the hazardous substance was not well confined in a
 double wall or dual barrier container.

     7  If the room is an anechoic chamber and the combustible is foam,
then there should be signs in the room and
     on the entry door to RUN in case of fire.

     8.  Is it a Ronald McDonald playroom filled with plastic balls
intended for children?

I don't see, however, many scenarios, where the fire will open enough
sprinklers releasing enough foam quick enough
for someone to exit a 300 sq. ft. room before the foam is 6ft high.

    Maybe you want to sign the room for life safety hazard.
    Maybe you want a visual signal to accompany release (rotating red
strobe)
    Maybe a better description of the room (is it an accessible (ADA)
space),
           the occupancy,
           the intended users,
           the travel distance
           the foam (is it Hi-X, CAF or Lo-X),
