Nope. HSW is not an option.

Use half of a riser clamp and put the pipe tight to the deck

I am working on a project with a lot of 20x20 rooms in dwelling units. I
have a concrete deck so my piping will be exposed. I am trying to find a
20x20 solutions but keep running in to road blocks. Maybe someone has an
idea.

The way I see it, I need one of the following …

I need a residential pendent sprinkler that can be installed with a
deflector distance from the deck greater than allowed by NFPA 13 OR I need
a residential UPRIGHT sprinkler listed for 20x20 spacing OR I need a listed
hanger attachment that will allow me to install 1" branch piping tight to a
concrete deck.

And go.
