Hi all,

Tim is quite right. I'm very sorry for the delay but I was quite busy last week and then I got sick. I've been checking the requisites to participate under the Python Software Foundation (PSF) umbrella, and these are the first things that I need to fill the application:

1. A list of at least three mentors, i.e. devs willing to guide the projects. Each mentor needs to give me: Name, Email, Phone, and Link_ID (don't know what's this.)

2. A projects page showing what ideas the future students could work on.

Application deadline for students is Friday, April 8th, so we need to hurry up a bit if we want to participate this year.

Cheers,
Carlos

I'll try to investigate further and report my findings here. I think
it's possible to apply under the umbrella of the Python organization
instead of as a single project. I think that's the way Ipython
participated last year.

So now is the time to get registered.
