Ok, a little more of a developed idea:

-When you "run" or press "f5":
--check if the file myfile_setup.py exists and if not, create one with a 
default, working setup script like the one above.
--Execute the script: runfile("myfile_setup.py",args="build_ext 
--inplace",wdir='C:/MyPath')
