Hello again users and devs from around the globe :)

So now that the move to github is imminent (Carlos is pushing all the
pending PR's :p ), I want to step up and continue with the outreach plan
which consists in having a dedicated spyder website, that hopefully will
look better than the actual google code site :).

So first of all, any volunteers with a better background in web design? I
have basic notions and I have built a couple of sites (static HTML, old and
plain php, and django-cms recently).

I would like to use this thread to get some consensus or ideas on what you
would like or think the site should be:

1.) built on?
What technologies would we like to implement/use? static website
(pelican...) or with a css framework (bootstrap), with a CMS
(django-cms..?). Would we need blogging as well? or we keep using the
actual blog. Are we interesting in getting some emails? like,
[email protected] ... or [email protected]. .... etc? (By the way,
I already own http://www.spyder-ide.org, yes it is still blank but
hopefully that will change pretty soon!)

2.) look like?
There was some small talk before on the look, Carlos suggested something in
the lines of: http://brackets.io/

Looking forward to hear your comments and ideas.
