To you last question, yes I know about a few programs, the one I use to post simultaneously on several social channels is called buffer <https://bufferapp.com/>. From this webapp you can post in facebook/twiiter/google+ (among many others) at once! It works great and is free for the basic use we need. Of course there are some limitations, so you can only have a maximum amount of channels per social media (so.. 1 fb, 1 twitter and 1g+ or similar..!)
