Windows 7 WinPython-64bit-3.4.3.5Qt5 When I start up spyder with a fresh WinPython install without the internet, IPython will not come up (hold indefinitely without loading). If I start WinPython's IPython Qt Console, that will hold as well, not giving any information. If I use the "WinPython Command Prompt" and type in "ipython", It will start up with or without the internet.
