I received the update notice when I started spyder today (part of my
Anaconda install). I followed the instructions for using CLI conda install
and encountering a lot of problems.
It seem hung-up and I'm not sure if I should "CTRL-C" or not? Any advice?

*conda install spyder=5.1.5*

*Solving environment: failed with initial frozen solve. Retrying with

*Solving environment: failed with repodata from current_repodata.json, will
retry with next repodata source.*
