It doesn't even have to be Linux.  Mozilla works on Microsoft Windows platform,
on all Linux platforms, on Solaris Unix platform, on Macintosh platform, on
*BSD platforms as well.  Try to get Internet Explorer working in NetBSD.... 
Mozilla is the most crossplatform browser in the world, with the best standards
compliant.  (Nobody got fired for coding to mozilla)
