Perl uses /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10.1/i486-linux-thread-multi/DBD/Pg.pm because it's the first in the path.

Move it somewhere else, then you can still move it back if you need it again.

The only extra (working) computer is my older Sony Vaio notebook.

You'd need 200-300 KB of free memory.
