Luke, While I'm probably mistaken about this, too, I cannot display the time cards that need to be invoiced as long as they are marked as allocated. That, apparently, is what happens when the sales order is generated. I'll make time today to look more closely at options for displaying time cards and see if that makes a difference. My service codes are generic, such as "Professional Services" and "Meals and Entertainment," and the details of what I did is in each time card's notes. There's probably a way to get each invoice line to display the date, note, and time span (the hourly rate's the same), and total the time and dollar amount but I've not yet learned how. Lenny's offered an idea and I need to follow up on that.
