Nope. It is one file.
Besides the next time I am running the application at start I am

this table. Record is not present.

Yes, it is Windows 7 64-bit, but no I don't run from C:\Progra~ ;-)
..and also you don't store there nor in ProgramData?
Well..Then at least it is not related to UAC or Virtualization.. ..:-)
