Yes there is a plethora of settings for the log . I'm myself not sure which one that does produce the most or best result or just to much information . Experiment .
And yes you can go ahead and delete the log files while LMS is not running . Or just move them to your normal computer and save them . This way you can try different things and save the result . There are things one can try for example chosea very small folder as music folder and scan that , it could show if the scanner works at all . or scan halt the library . But hopefully a log with more information would piont in some direction and give you a clue . You said that you did try to remove the cache via the controll panel did that succeed ? If you are not sure you can again shutdown LMS go the cache folder and delete all the *.dB and *.wal files you can find and restart LMS . How big are the dB files ? how full is C partition on the whs machine was that not a thing with some of these old whs machines ? A completely full C drive ? -------------------------------------------------------------------- Main hifi: Touch + CIA PS +MeridianG68J MeridianHD621 MeridianG98DH 2 x MeridianDSP5200 MeridianDSP5200HC 2 xMeridianDSP3100 +Rel Stadium 3 sub.
