Hi, please dont mix new stuff like your Version of Ubuntu and old Versions like lms 7.7.5.
LMS has its own Webserver you didnt need Apache for that. remove the old lms and your modifications on apache2.conf. (There must be some other mods that you didnt post, cause apache never uses port 9000 unless you changed something) Grab a 7.9 or 7.8 from lms and your setup should run.
