I put this line in /etc/apache2/apache2.conf

It says:
THIS WEBPAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
I took out this line in the same file.

Because if I had it in there it just went to my home http page like on
port 80. But I take it out with the DocumentRoot in it now it says not
available.
My Kernel Version is:
4.2.0-30-generic (SMP) x86_64
If that helps. I installed the amd64 one. Or should I install the i386
one?
