Looking at my Local Services on the server I can see that the LMS service is set to automatic, but it's not actually running. I've now set it to run and will keep an eye on it to see if it gets stopped again. There have been no Windows Updates in this time frame. The last update was on the 18th July and this has only been happening the last couple of days.
