It is pretty normal for the devices you've listed for them to not sync. The PC and the TV can be pretty unpredictable. I can put 2 TV's on the same OTA channel and they will be slightly off, probably differences in the buffering of digital signals. The PC running squeezeplay is also subject to whatever else is on the PC and is known to "drift". Sync works when using true SB devices and usually has no trouble with the RPI devices configured with piCorePlayer.
