Hehe... I must admit that I hate twitter for this kind of question - 140 bytes just isn't my way of communicating :-P.
As I mentioned we do have a limit on how many login attempts you can do per minute. We did this not to protect from hackers or the like in the first place, but because there seems to be a bug in LMS causing repeated login attempts. We've seen LMS instances trying to log in every second for days in a row... So... as you can see from your log, your LMS seems to have run into this situation: the short snippet you posted shows two login attempts within two seconds, though it says "trying again in 1036800 seconds". There's something wrong. And I have no better idea than to shut down LMS, let it down for a minute or two (to let the limiting counter expire), then re-start. How should I have said all of this in 140 characters?
