The issue Steve is w10 has introduced a slightly different set of rules
so far as user permissions are concerned. Goggle "elevated privileges".
My guess is that your user - the one you are logged on as - does not
have the necessary rights to see the system tray for a service that is
being run as a service by a higher power.
