Great that it works if you start it manually. But I'd rather disable the other entry for the tray icon shown by Autoruns as well and move the shortcut you created on the desktop to the autostart folder for all users.
To do this open an explorer window and enter "shell:common startup" (without quotes) in the address bar. This is usually the same as "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp". Then move your shortcut from the desktop into this folder and logout (or better restart the pc so that other instances are stopped) and login again.
