Yes, that seems like a good point. My gut feel is that it's definitely a permissions issue as I can run it from a shortcut once I'm booted to desktop. The bizarre thing is that I definitely got it to show in the tray on my previous w10 PC (that also had the same 'problem' - It's just I can't recall exactly what I did! ☺
