I have now deleted this instance of LMS completely, and gone back to a previous release. So far, the problem is gone. That's why I (in the first place) assumed that some bug had crept into your latest release. My plan now, is to carefully upgrade until I get back on the latest release, to see if it begins again reporting SN errors. I'll keep you posted, but it may take some days as I am kind of busy at work these days.
