I've done all those steps. I'm looking at my duet controller right now. I selected a song from 'classic rock.' It's 'playing,' but no audio. The only things I can think of is that *not only do I have the 'Spotify Protocol Handler' box selected, but also the 'Spotify' box.'* The other, is that I'm still on the 30 day free trial for another 20 days. The Spotify App icon is in My Apps and is even on my Home Menu. The Artists and Albums I've played from my Laptop show when clicking those icons from my Duet controller.
