I don't know what Triode's EDO is and you don't tell which Synology NAS you've got. But I have LMS791 running on my Intel based Synology with DSM 6.1. It works great. If you turn on support for beta-version apps in Package Center on your NAS, you might see an official version of LMS791 from Synology. I think it is called a "beta" because it is based on a nightly build, but currently 791 nightlies are almost always "production stable". It is, as I recall, a few months old. If you want something close to latest version and you have an -Armada375 -or- x86_64 -based NAS, you can get a newer build by Pinkdot (forum user).
