I experienced issues getting LMS to work properly on my server each time
I upgraded. After a few tests, I realize that the issue is coming from
the fact that the automatic LMS service start on my Server (Widows
Server 2016 Essentials) doesn't have the Admin rights to open the right
9000 ports. As a result, the service starts and LMS is running on the
Server, but is not accessible by devices.
Only option is to shut down the service on the server and relaunch with
Server Admin rights.

Is there a setting somewhere hat I have missed, or a way to always ask
LMS to start as Admin?
