upps too late.
A Way that works for me:
- grab a list of the "good" / wanted players you dont want to loose
- Stop the LMS
- copy / backup server.prefs
- grab a "fake macaddress"
- replace all the _client:fo:rg:et:th:is with _client:fa:ke:ma:c
(something like 00:11:22:33:44:55 )
- save the file
- start lms
- use the webgui / settings / players and show the settings from the
players
- lms detects the duplicates (your fake mac) and shrinks the
server.prefs by removing these duplicates
- stop lms
- remove the fakeplayer
- start lms
