What version of squeezelite on Pi ?

I think you needed to give more detail on thre track format, any player
setting such as crossfade so others can try.
How to do you play the track ? e.g. from a playlist or click to play all
tracks in a folder

I have a test folder of 14 Flac tracks varying between 3 and 5 secs used
to test gapless playback - they play OK on squeezlite on a PC
