there seems to be a plugin problem. Serveral plugins i tried won't work, so e.g. Youtube or Material Skin.
What I've seen in log files of other QNAP users was a conflict with one of the archiving libraries, effectively failing to extract the downloaded plugins. Please check your server.log for hints about issues with Archive::ZIP or the like.
