Oké but QLogitechMediaServer, runs in runs LMS in chroot. So it's not depending on any libraries or programs from Qnap QTS system. I build a Filesystem based on Debian 9 stretch, and check on which libraries Lms and plugin needs /calls to work proper. So don't compare QLogitechMediaServer with other plugins. Those get errors or trouble, because of missing or to old software/libraries. mherger wrote:
What I said has nothing to do with plugins - except that that issue would prevent plugins from being installed. I have no idea about your setup. I've only ready server.log files from which it was obvious that there was a problem with the aformentioned module, and that one user was able to install plugins after he removed one of those module files. The module in question seems to be installed by the environment (your package or not, I don't know) AND LMS, but in conflicting versions.
Maybe the OP should enable logging for plugin.extensions and server.plugins, try to install a plugin, then provide his server.log.zip.
