It's possible that another tag (rather than Album tittle, performer name, band name ...) which must be the same all over the tracks for a same album is different, like TRCK : Track number/position in set. i.e. the album contains 10 tracks, so you must have 1/10, 2/10...9/10, 10/10 as value for each of the 10 tracks but if one of the track is tagged with i.e. 3/11 it can be misinterpreted and see as a track from another album. A good and quick trick is to load the album in iTunes (ok, I know :rolleyes:). First off all you will immediately see if iTune split the wrong track from the rest of the album. Then you can get the information from each track and compare with the wrong one. I detected some Tags errors using iTunes.
