Interesting, all our "dirty little secrets" are coming out. I never use the "don't change timestamps" option in Mp3tag because my backup software, FreeFileSync, would then not detect the file had changed. If I don't want something showing up in "New Music", after editing I set the timestamps on those files back a few months using Attribute Changer.
