I assume your SIM is actually in a mobile phone then? If so simplify the network Move the SIM card into a Wireless Dongle and connect that to the WAN port of the Linksys or get a Router that will take a SIM card as its WAN interface. Your problem is routing related. Stuff that you want to go over the WiFi is going over the LAN.
