This just means the LMS scanner examined the file and understood the
metadata.

The logging you should enable is player.source to INFO - this will show
why LMS reached the eror shown above.  Enable the logging, note the
time, try to play a file, stop, note time and then copy all entries (no
editing) between start time and end time into a text file, zip and
attach.

The error usually means either
(i) LMS cannot find the executable (e.g. wrognname) or on in LMS Bin
path  - executbale are usually in the appropriate subdirectory of LMS
Bin.  They can also be on system but need to check WebUI Information tab
for "Helper Application" paths.
(ii) The executable cannot be access by LMS perhaps due to permissions
as LMS is run under a specific user name

Log will show what is happening.
