However according to this bug report https://sourceforge.net/p/flac/bugs/321/ - fractional parts (after a period or a comma) are silently ignored. I think I may create a workaround using ffmpeg as I think that is the only way to avoid flac altogether as it is not possible to easily/quickly patch LMS for Windows "start time" for the convert.conf files.
