To be precise, the -CPAN/arch/5.28/arm-linux-gnueabi-thread-multi-64int- directory. This particular sub-tree simply isn't part of the Debian package. That would be why you were left with some "stranded" stuff when you were -dpkg -r-'ing earlier.
Be aware that the contents of -Bin/arm-linux- are also needed on armel platform, and are supplied as part of the Debian package, so no problem there. My guess is that a modern Raspberry Pi plus audio board plus "upmarket" enclosure is probably not much different in price, although wouldn't have an SSD inside.
