When I do a new full scan, everything appears ok. However, when I do a scan to search for new folders/files, lms will delete all the files everytime I do a scan. As I have renamed the folder to its old name, everything is ok now. I am not very keen on changing the name of the folders again. Although I do not know how to fix the issue, it works ok now.
