No actually after looking at my log, it appears that these errors begin
after a considerable amount of time has past after a server restart. I
will watch the log more carefully now, to verify this.

I don't see this at all, but I do use a personal Spotify Client ID.

I've seen it, too. In my case it happened wheneve I invalidated the cache and a playlist with Spotify tracks (many of them) was queued up on some player. I'll have to look into this eventually.
