Did you ever install this yourself? That's not LMS', and likely the culprit. What if you renamed this one (or moved it elsewhere, outside any search path)?
/usr/share/squeezeboxserver/CPAN/arch/5.28/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/Audio/Scan/Scan.so
