Forget UI for the moment. You have a choice 1. Virtual cable and it affects a squeezelite type player on the same Windows box. If this is not your use case - then it has to be discarded. 2. standalone using VST plugin built using https://github.com/teragonaudio/MrsWatson - test if you can make it work on a file.
