AFAICT Standalone is no good for you. The VST plugin working incorporated into a command line player is what you need. AFAICT Mrs.Watson is on the only command line which accepts VST plugins. You don't say what OS you are using. Assuming it is Windows. There are binaries for Mrs Watson you could try (https://github.com/teragonaudio/MrsWatson/tree/master/bin/Windows ) but they are 5 years old and your VST plugin may need a newer version of VST API. Download MRS Watson and VST your plugin and with a test WAv format file try executing the sample command with appropriate file name replaced.
