Yes it is, I tried form different computer, so it is not a browser thing. Do you know what could be the problem? I got the problem when upgrading to 2.10.06. In that process I also completely removed QLMS and reinstalled (I didn't realized the upgrade also upgraded LMS to 8.0 (due to my config settings) and that I had apps not compatible with 8.0). To my surprise the icon was still missing after a fresh install. The last upgrade to 2.10.20 was smooth, since I din't upgraded to LMS 8.0.
