What you could try, if the latest is installed.
Logon by putty ssh shell.
Do [ cd /share/*/.qpkg/LogitechMediaServer ], now do [ chown -R
squeezeboxserver SlimServer/ ]
If ready do [ ./QLogitechMediaServer.sh restart ], and have a close look
on the output.

Also do [ ./QLogitechMediaServer.sh config ], and look at the output. (
give it some time, because some things need time )

When installing the qpkg/app through the appcentre, there should be a
time out, after about 10 to 12 minuts.

Is still a guess, but looking at you logs, missing the entry where is
fixing owner/rights with path info.
And thats very important for LMS to run, otherwise it will crashs on
startup.
